Finding Your Fire
I don’t know how long I moved through the world disconnected from my true self. For years, whenever someone asked me about me, I’d respond with stories about my children, my husband, or my career. All important aspects of my life—but none of them truly answered the question.
I was who everyone needed me to be: a mother, a wife, a friend, a boss. So much of my self-worth was wrapped up in the roles I played and the people I served. By society’s standards, I was successful—but inside, I was silently unraveling. My marriage was strained. Our dynamic was affecting our children. Work was demanding. My health was slowly fading. And perhaps most painful of all—I had no idea what made me happy anymore.
It wasn’t until a friend asked me a simple question—“What feels good for your soul?”—that I realized I had no answer. I didn’t know, because I didn’t know who I was. That moment marked the beginning of a radical, soul-deep transformation.
Through that awakening, I moved through divorce, became a single mother of three, relocated, launched a soul-led business in intuitive healing, and stepped into the vulnerable, beautiful journey of conscious dating. I also transformed my body—releasing weight and rebuilding from the inside out.
This journey pushed me to confront the false narratives I had been carrying—the ones that were never mine to begin with. One by one, I began shedding old identities and expectations, making space to discover the truth of who I am.
Eventually, this path led me to my calling as an intuitive coach. I became a certified coach and trained in energy healing, the Akashic Records, Reiki, and Quantum Healing—not just as tools to support others, but because they helped me heal, first.
Now, I hold space for those who are ready to come home to themselves. People standing at the edge of transformation—tired of the roles, the pressure, the disconnect—and ready to rise.
